Community Content Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Content Coordinator to join our team at InnisfilToday.

About the Job

This is a remote role, and we need you to live in Toronto, Ontario. As a Community Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our community by working alongside our Community Manager to engage community members through our digital platform, assist with content moderation and host outreach, and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with content creators to develop and implement engaging content strategies that foster discussions relevant to the community's needs and interests.
  • Utilize your digital media savvy skills to maximize adoption and participation within SPACES.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to identify and address community concerns and issues.
Requirements
  • Journalism, communications, or social media management background with a focus on organizing and managing content creation processes.
  • Digital media savvy with an understanding of different platforms and audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in content coordination, community engagement, or a related field.
