About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Content Development Manager who can craft engaging narratives that inspire employees at all levels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage content such as newsletters, intranet articles, videos, and presentations that support initiatives aimed at simplifying processes and fostering collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex information into accessible and engaging materials that resonate with employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate, consistent, and meaningful communication.
  • Maintain a cohesive tone and narrative that aligns with organizational goals and values.
  • Create visuals, storyboards, and scripts to complement written content where needed.

You'll work closely with the Communications Strategy team to ensure alignment across platforms and initiatives. Your exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills will enable you to capture the essence of our company culture and communicate it effectively to employees worldwide.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content development with a focus on internal communications.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the company's average salaries for similar roles.
