Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Communications department, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact communications that engage employees, drive business outcomes, and foster a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Communications Plans: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that align with business objectives and promote a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and accountability.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs, develop content, and coordinate the launch of internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Create Engaging Content: Design and produce high-quality visual and written communications that captivate audiences, convey complex information simply, and meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery.
  • Manage Communication Channels: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate communication channels, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education specializing in Communications or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain key relationships with influencing capabilities; strong organizational skills with tactical planning and implementation expertise.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for various communications, reporting, and informative activities.
Compensation and Benefits
