About the Role

Pact is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing exceptional ecommerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and constraints, and lead technical demos to showcase project progress.
  2. Feature Development: Develop new features and sites from the ground-up, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in front-end development to create beautiful, functional experiences, and provide feedback on design completeness and feature feasibility.
  4. Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, help team members with technical issues, and lead client meetings and demos.
  5. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Front-end developer, with a strong understanding of Git, zsh or bash, and experience building and launching Shopify stores.
Desirable Skills
  1. Technical Skills: Experience with TypeScript, Netlify, Cloudflare Workers, and GraphQL.
  2. Design Skills: Familiarity with Figma or Sketch, and a natural inclination to take the lead and help others understand the work.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to present to clients with clarity and confidence, and a self-starter spirit.
