We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team at the Dawson Creek & District Hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the exceptional health services offered by Northern Health.

Salary: $41.42 - $55.91 per hour

Job Description: The ER/ICU RN provides direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency and Critical Care environments, utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize and organize patient care. The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to identify, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. You should also have current Level C CPR certification and be willing to acquire ACLS and CTAS within 12 months of hire. A minimum of one year recent experience working in an Emergency Department and/or a Critical Care Unit is required, as well as completion of or willingness to enroll in a post-graduate Critical Care or Emergency Department Course.
