Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet our high standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
