Job Summary:

The Environmental Project Manager will be responsible for managing environmental projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This includes coordinating with technical specialists, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasting
  • Coordinate with technical specialists and clients to ensure project requirements are met
  • Participate in business development activities and maintain client relationships
  • Provide technical expertise for contaminated site investigation and remediation programs
  • Interpret findings and prepare technical reports
  • Supervise and mentor junior professional staff
  • Work collaboratively with Indigenous communities and businesses
  • Actively promote Health and Safety programs and culture
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of environmental experience with 2+ years of progressive experience in environmental project planning, coordinating, and project management
  • Diploma or Degree from a program with relevant subject matter
  • Ability to acquire professional designation within two years of employment if not currently registered
  • Valid Class 5 Full driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Demonstrated technical skills in field activities related to Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
