About the Role:
VICTORY BUFFET is seeking an experienced Executive Food Service Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and a high level of food quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Supervise and train staff on proper food handling procedures, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and sales data.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor food costs, labor expenses, and overall profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
