About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Lead to join our team at Unifin International in London, Ontario. This is a unique opportunity to lead a production team of 31 skilled workers and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to achieve high-quality products with minimal process downtime.

About You
  • You have a minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing production environment with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • You are able to communicate effectively with your team members and have good administrative, customer-service, problem-solving and co-ordination skills.
  • You are familiar with Industry 4.0, Solid Works, PLC and controls, Fiber Laser equipment nesting software, CNC programming and tooling, metal fabrication, painting and various pressure testing.
Your Day-to-Day
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to accomplish goals and understand, follow, and enforce all established EH&S, quality, company policies, and procedures.
  • You will review job packages to ensure all job requirements are met and assign resources to each job, to ensure monthly targets are met.
  • You will be responsible for traceability and identification of materials throughout manufacturing, issue NCR's for any manufacturing issues, and implement Corrective Actions for trending NCR's or customer concerns.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
