Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring timely replenishment
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
- Supervise and inspect the assembly of food trays, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Perform tasks similar to those of the staff supervised, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt
As a Food Service Supervisor at Taco Bell, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
