Food Service Manager

Join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads as a Food Service Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and customer demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and may be required to work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
