About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Director to lead our game development teams in creating engaging and immersive experiences for players worldwide. As a senior leader, you will oversee full franchise operations, project management, and project auditing, ensuring that our games meet the highest standards of quality and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project managers at all levels of your team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to complete milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Determine resource needs, resolve identified gaps, monitor, and adjust capacity plans within multiple projects.
  • Work with Executive Producer, Finance, and Product Manager to establish project budgets and ensure financial tracking and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure optimal organizational structures and processes that enable high-quality game development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Project Management, Operations, and leadership experience, with expertise in managing large-scale projects across multiple platforms.
  • 3+ years of JIRA and Confluence expertise.
  • 2+ years recent experience leading development on multi-platform environments in a AAA game environment.
  • Experience managing budgets, building resource plans, and developing best practices for project execution and management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and motivate cross-functional teams.
