Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TIKI TAKA RESTAURANT LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and development of staff
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring consistency and quality of dishes
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
Work Setting:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
