Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pan flame Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The role requires standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
