Job DescriptionAeroline Division

The Aeroline division is a subsidiary of Sopra Steria I2S, specializing in delivering cutting-edge solutions for the aerospace industry. As a Sales Account Manager, you will join our global sales team in Montreal, reporting to the Managing Director.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key aerospace clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    • Manage and oversee key accounts or develop a market segment, leveraging your leadership skills to influence customers and internal teams.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
    • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Promote our products and services effectively within the aerospace industry.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align strategies.
    • Facilitate customer visits to our sites and sales offices globally.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches.
    • Participate in the recruitment, assignment, and development of employees as needed.
  • Financial Acumen:
    • Analyze costs and pricing for customer projects.
    • Track and update customer contracts.
    • Maintain and control project expenses.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience in selling/promoting to major clients in the IT/Cloud industry.
  • Prior experience working with customers in the aerospace industry in a digital service company (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Availability for travel, including international.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  • Committed to achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborative and willing to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to learning about aerospace technology and manufacturing processes.

As an Aerospace Account Development Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary ($80,000 - $110,000 per year) and variable pay opportunities, including sales commissions and an annual performance bonus.
