Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Visualping. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise to drive business results. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive predictable revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase ACV and expand their product usage
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales campaigns and initiatives
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline performance
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 to $160,000 OTE, stock options, benefits, 4 weeks paid off, 5 personal days, and a $700 personal home from office allowance.
