Job Summary

The Service Coordinator at Laura Canada is responsible for managing merchandise across all aspects of the store, including receiving, visual merchandising, window display, markdowns, cash desk, and preparing outgoing merchandise. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the cash desk, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage merchandise inventory, including receiving, steaming, and removing excess tags.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including placing goods on the sales floor and dressing window mannequins.
  • Execute all point-of-sale procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Control cash handling and adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
