Job Description

At Wonder Kitchen&Bath, we are seeking a highly skilled Decorative Finishing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coordination: Oversee a team of 5-10 people, including kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Supervise workers and projects, coordinate activities, and oversee apprenticeship training.
  • Estimation and Scheduling: Estimate costs and materials, and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Work Environment

This is a construction job that requires working on various locations. The work site environment may be noisy and dusty.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
Security and Safety

A basic security clearance and criminal record check are required for this position.

Transportation/Travel Information

This is an on the road job that requires willingness to travel.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
