Job Summary

At PVP CONSTRUCTION INC., we seek a highly skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. As a Concrete Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces. This includes checking formwork, direct placement of concrete, and operating power vibrators to compact concrete. You will also be responsible for imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, installing anchor bolts and other fixtures, and applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.

Responsibilities

- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials
- Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
