Job Description for Decorative Finishing Contractor

At Wonder Kitchen&Bath, we are seeking a skilled Decorative Finishing Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in the field of architecture and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities, including preparing production and other reports.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and train or arrange for training as needed.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Reliability, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel and work on the road.
Work Environment:
  • Noisy and dusty work site environment.
  • Construction, inspection, installation, residential, and various locations.
