Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - National Accounts

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our National Accounts team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the security domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the security domain
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the national accounts space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions to customers
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in physical security and intrusion system environment
  • Strong understanding of market trends, code compliance, and physical security codes
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in a business, management, or related technical program of study
