Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Ville-Saint-Laurent. As a key member of our assurance team, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, providing expert advice, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client assurance and tax engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
  • Counsel and train junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Apply KPMG's assurance and accounting practices to client engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Canadian CPA designation and 7+ years of experience in public practice accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
  • Proven track record of advising clients on day-to-day tax matters and leading Reviews and Compilation Engagements.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to understand clients' businesses and develop strong relationships.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
