We are seeking an experienced Environmental Operations Manager to join our team at KCP Concrete Pumps Ltd.


Job Summary


The Environmental Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the environmental operations of our company, including managing staff and assigning duties, conducting market research, and implementing policies and procedures.


Responsibilities


Key responsibilities include:



  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of environmental programs
  • Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize environmental impact
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives
  • Provide training and support to staff on environmental procedures and best practices

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 3+ years of experience in environmental operations or a related field
  • Degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing environmental programs
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Working Conditions


This is a full-time position working 36-40 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
