Our client is a renowned international leader in these sectors, seeking a skilled Controller to oversee a team of five and collaborate with the President and Senior Leadership Team to drive the company's vision, mission, and strategic values.

About the Opportunity
  • Collaborate with the President and Senior Leadership Team to drive the company's vision, mission, and strategic values.
  • Oversee Treasury, Corporate taxation, reporting/audit/internal controls, Operational Accounting, Regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reports for the organization's monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and positive, professional relationships with board members, banks, auditors, lawyers, advisors, and consultants.
  • Contribute to negotiating, managing, and closing major financial agreements.
  • Lead the financial accounting functions, including accounting, payroll, reporting, borrowing, information technology, and systems, insurance, and taxes.
  • Prepare the annual operational and capital budgets.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization.
About You
  • CPA Designation or MBA.
  • 7+ years of experience in both Financial Reporting and FP&A.
  • 2-3+ years as a manager or equivalent with strong leadership skills.
  • Industry: Food/Manufacturing (Food Manufacturing strongly preferred).

Salary Range
$130,000/year
