**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial control systems.
- Examine internal controls of organization
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Handle payroll processing
- Utilize accounting JONAS software
- Perform regular account reviews to ensure accuracy
- Assist in preparing financial reports

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Internal Auditing
- Proficiency in System Integration
- Proficient in JONAS accounting software as to administration
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Prior experience in account reconciliation is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $57.69 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
