Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Captain Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
