Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and food service teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
