Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Captain Pizza. As a Culinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of food service staff to meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets our quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
