We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Aroma Interiors Ltd. as a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted or finished.
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications.
- Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Work at heights, underground, and in noisy environments.
- Work in dusty conditions, wearing personal protective equipment as required.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Will train on the job to develop necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
- Fluency in English is required for communication with colleagues and supervisors.
