About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Aroma Interiors Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted or finished.
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
Work Environment
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Work at heights, underground, and in noisy environments.
  • Work in dusty conditions, wearing personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to develop necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Fluency in English is required for communication with colleagues and supervisors.
