Alpine Building Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising our team to ensure the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the hiring, training, and performance management of employees
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Utilize technology tools for effective team management and communication
- Ensure performance standards are met and address any complaints or issues promptly
- Report maintenance issues and concerns to the Operations Manager
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance services and industry standards
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to pass a reliability clearance and criminal record check
- Experience in creating positive team environments and fostering a culture of excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Must be able to work in various areas throughout the shift
- Reports to the Operations Manager and manages team members
- Phone discussion with the hiring manager
- Interview with the Operations Manager
- Site visit to assess the candidate's skills and experience
