About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping Personal Banking clients with their residential financing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies for clients
  • Identify and refer clients to expert colleagues for specialized needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external real estate partners
  • Communicate and work closely with internal partners to increase client retention
  • Organize and participate in business development activities and events
  • Apply established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management

About the Team

You will be working with a diverse group of people, including clients, real estate agents, and internal partners. Our training programs focus on on-the-job learning, and you will have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise and backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience
  • Ability to work with business development objectives and a 100% commission-based salary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
