About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and maintain a strong client base
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage credit solutions and financing products
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the mortgage industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience and ability to work with business development objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
