BooksTime is expanding into the Canadian market, seeking a visionary co-founder to lead the Canadian business unit. As Client Service Leader, you will oversee all services provided to Canadian clients, ensuring clients and staff are happy, and your team has the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Canadian business unit, adapting service processes for the local context and improving them as needed.
  • Hire, train, and manage Canadian team members, including Senior Accountants who supervise and review global bookkeeping teams.
  • Build a training program for global bookkeeping teams on Canadian bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate with global teams to leverage shared resources and staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales staff to support growth.
  • Ensure Canadian operations comply with local laws and regulations.
