Business Leader for Client Service Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Business Leader to drive service excellence and innovation in our dynamic financial services environment at Mackenzie Investments.
About the Role:
The Business Leader, Client Service will lead a highly skilled team in IGM Client Services Operations, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career development while holding team members accountable for results.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate in coaching activities, including side-by-side coaching, call evaluations, and silent monitoring.
- Manage frontline teams, including scheduling, performance management, and HR-related matters.
- Support excellent service and enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and creative thinking with sound judgment.
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry products, services, procedures, and policies, ideally in mutual funds.
- Ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and develop creative solutions.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
