- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate administrative services
- Tender and administer contracts to ensure compliance with company policies
- Internal audit to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
- Consult with government regulatory agencies to stay up-to-date on industry regulations
- Complete legal documentation to ensure compliance with company policies
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field
