We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Staff Xchange. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files and databases.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
