Account Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction
- Coordinate and ensure the quality of work for all client deliverables, from media planning to execution
- Coach, develop, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation
- Participate in the overall management of the company, contributing to new business development and supporting senior management decisions
- Provide thought leadership to colleagues, clients, and projects, driving strategic growth and innovation
- Manage client contributions to vendor commitments, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 10+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and management
- Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession
- Able to establish and manage to P&L statement
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
