- Collaborate with the support office to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency, working towards 24/7 coverage.
- Coach and mentor onsite personnel, promoting a positive work environment and team atmosphere to achieve desired results.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed client and business expectations, driving growth and profitability.
- Manage staffing levels and recruitment, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in collaboration with Pay and Bill.
- Work closely with Business Development to achieve growth objectives and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Opens, Sub Usage, and Overtime, to ensure alignment with business targets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a self-starter approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to speak in public settings and present to colleagues and clients, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to use computer skills efficiently.
