Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client relationships to deliver exceptional results
  • Coordinate and ensure the quality of work for all client deliverables
  • Coach, develop, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of growth and development
  • Participate in the overall management of the company, contributing to new business initiatives and supporting senior management decisions
  • Provide thought leadership to colleagues, clients, and projects, driving innovation and excellence
  • Manage client contributions to vendor commitments, ensuring seamless collaboration and results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 10+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and management
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession
  • Able to establish and manage to P&L statement
  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
