Account Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction
- Coordinate and ensure the quality of work for all client deliverables, from media planning to execution
- Coach, develop, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence
- Participate in the overall management of the company, contributing to new business development and supporting senior management decisions
- Provide thought leadership to colleagues, clients, and projects, driving innovation and best practices
- Manage client contributions to vendor commitments, ensuring seamless partnerships
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 10+ years of progressive experience in media planning, buying, and management
- Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession
- Able to establish and manage to P&L statements, driving financial growth and accountability
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on data analysis and presentation
