Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with computer systems and other related network infrastructure.
  • Manage, maintain, and install wireless internet systems to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Engage with clients to help them improve their business operations through effective technology solutions, leveraging our expertise in IT consulting.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, technology, and networking principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and products, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and computer parts, with an emphasis on repair and maintenance.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with clients, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with new people.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
