We are seeking a results-oriented problem solver to join our innovative manufacturing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement systems and procedures to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness, productivity, capabilities, and sustainability with safety in mind.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process refinements, enhancements, and continuous improvements to streamline the manufacturing process and improve overall efficiencies.
  • Champion CAPEX projects through all planning, execution, and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure compliance and perform all duties in accordance with all safety and environmental rules and regulations, including ISO14001 procedures.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial disciplines preferred) or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or actively working towards it.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural product drawings.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
