Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Fairview Mall. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store success by leading a team of sales-focused professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the store achieves company objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective leadership and team management.
  • Providing guidance and support to the team to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Recruiting, developing, and training top talent who possess excellent sales, customer service, and fashion knowledge.
  • Implementing merchandise strategies to drive sales growth and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong track record of leading teams to success through sales performance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
