The estimated annual salary for this role is $104,742, with a potential target bonus of 30%, resulting in a total target base pay range of $136,165.

Job Description

This Store Manager role is responsible for leading the retail store team to achieve exceptional results, delivering a world-class guest experience, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and People Management
    • Create and foster a positive team culture, promoting inclusivity and respect.
    • Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to drive store performance.
    • Manage hiring, training, and development of store employees.
  • Guest Experience and Community
    • Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor, ensuring high levels of connection and technical product education.
    • Manage in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience.
    • Address emergent issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.
    • Cultivate relationships with local ambassadors, community influencers, and other external partners to establish and increase brand awareness.
  • Operations, Product, and Strategy
    • Drive overall store visual merchandising, product strategy, and execute company-driven initiatives.
    • Manage sell-through, inventory counts, and product deliveries to meet visual merchandising goals.
    • Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal planning for the store, including strategy, budget, and labor.
    • Manage whole store profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year people management experience, including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable.
  • 1 year managing business operations and administration, including retail scheduling and labor management.
  • Experience with project or process management.
