Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new leads to build a strong client pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data for effective business development, and contribute to the creation of impactful marketing materials.
  • Organize industry events, webinars, and conferences, and identify market opportunities that support the company's growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can inform business development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Current university student studying Marketing, Business Development or related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
What Success Looks Like
  • Successfully identify and qualify new leads, contributing to a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure that the CRM system is consistently updated with accurate, detailed information, leading to more effective follow-ups and business development activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling and informative marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Organize industry events, webinars, and conferences smoothly and efficiently, resulting in strong participation and positive feedback from attendees.
  • Identify new market opportunities or trends that have been incorporated into Svante's growth strategies.
