About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee hours and wages.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Sage Accounting Software, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent written communication skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
