About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team at Lumenalta (formerly Clevertech). As a cornerstone of our teams' successes, you will lead the day-to-day execution of projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality products through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Drive successful project delivery, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations.
  • Business Development: Analyze data, propose new ideas, and influence stakeholders to ensure a positive impact and sustainable results.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with internal teams and clients, and facilitate communication between Frontend and Backend development teams, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Clients.
  • Requirements Gathering: Document client requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria in a scrum backlog.
  • Consulting: Consult on UI/UX design and usability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: From a reputable university.
  • Business Management Experience: 5+ years of experience with a Fortune 500 caliber organization.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Scrum and Agile.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting and regularly communicating complex ideas to internal teams and external clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Remote Work: This role is 100% remote; you must have a professional office setup at your working location.
