Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Gottardo Group of Companies. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion.
  • Select and coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
  • Oversee performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Administer construction contracts and track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve project completion within timeframe and budget.
  • Report to the owner on project progress and any modifications to plans as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
  • 10 years or more of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increased complexity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
