Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Gottardo Group of Companies is a leading developer of office, commercial, and industrial properties with its head office located in Vaughan.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at our Aurora site, where we are currently constructing a new hotel project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cost-effective plan and schedule for the project's completion.
  • Select and coordinate the work of subcontractors across various project phases.
  • Oversee the performance of trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Administer construction contracts effectively.
  • Monitor and control the project schedule and associated costs to achieve completion within the timeframe and budget.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the owner and communicate any necessary modifications to the project plan.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
