Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Gottardo Group of Companies is a leading developer of office, commercial, and industrial properties with its head office located in Vaughan.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at our Aurora site, where we are currently constructing a new hotel project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cost-effective plan and schedule for the project's completion.
  • Select and coordinate subcontractors for various phases of the project.
  • Oversee the performance of trade contractors and ensure compliance with architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Administer construction contracts and track project schedules and costs.
  • Report to the owner on project progress and any necessary modifications to the plan.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in assisting or supervising construction projects of increased complexity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
